Community Conversations: Women, Leadership, and Feminism
Join us for an engaging community conversation on Women, Leadership, and Feminism. The evening will feature a dynamic panel of scholars, nonprofit leaders, and community members who will explore the impact of gender, identity, and feminist frameworks on leadership both in Charlotte and the wider Southern region.
We’ll unpack how feminist leadership shows up in practice – not just theory, how cultural institutions can practice feminist leadership in how they tell history and engage communities, and more.
The program will include a thought-provoking panel discussion, an audience Q&A session, and opportunities for facilitated small-group reflection activity. This is a unique chance to share your insights, ask questions, and engage with others in a meaningful dialogue about the role of women in leadership today.
