Community Conversations: Wealth and Economic Mobility

Community Conversations: Wealth and Economic Mobility

Join Levine Museum of the New South and the UNC Charlotte Urban Institute on April 30th for a conversation about wealth and economic mobility in Charlotte.

Bring your questions and perspectives to our round-table discussion. Attendees and guest panelists will unpack and discuss the struggles of building wealth and economic growth and what we might do to find solutions. Why did Charlotte rank 50 out of 50 of the nation’s largest metro areas for economic mobility (Chetty Study, 2014)? How does the distribution of wealth in our area impact communities? We’re discussing this and more.

Our community conversations series is an excellent opportunity to gather, meet, and converse with forward-facing problem solvers and individuals who want to create change in their community. Join us at our next one!
