Charlotte has changed from a largely bicultural, Black and white city to an increasingly multicultural one. The Immigration & Nationality Act of 1965 opened Charlotte and other US cities to immigrants worldwide. Learn how immigration has helped make Charlotte more multicultural, infusing the city with diverse cultures, traditions, and stories. Enjoy lively conversations, network, and share your own Charlotte experiences.
The evening features engaging storytelling and conversation led by Levine Museum, highlighting the immigration and migration stories that have shaped Charlotte.
