About the Chef:
Chef Reyaña Radcliff, celebrated recipient of the prestigious Who’s Who Award, is an accomplished culinary professional whose passion for food began in her hometown of New Orleans. Influenced by her father and grandmother’s Creole and Cajun traditions and her mother’s comfort food classics, she knew by fifteen that she was destined to be a chef.
To achieve her dream, Reyaña attended Johnson & Wales University, often called the “Harvard of Culinary Arts”, earning both an Associate Degree in Culinary Arts and a Bachelor’s Degree in Food Service Management. She trained at prominent resorts, catered at the U.S. House of Representatives, and advanced through every station in country clubs and corporate kitchens before attaining the title of Executive Chef. In 2020, she founded Your Braisen Chef, LLC, a catering and culinary services company. Blending fine dining expertise with creativity, she provides bespoke catering, culinary demonstrations, and cooking classes both in person and online.
A dedicated mentor not just in Charlotte’s community; she involves her daughter, Tiarra, in the business to foster entrepreneurship in the next generation.
Chef Reyaña has been a featured guest chef at several food & wine festivals, featured chef on all Charlotte news broadcasts, a guest on various podcasts, a consultant for restaurant groups and the public face for food manufacturers.
She actively donates to local charities and reaches a global audience of more than 325,000 social media followers with her engaging culinary content.
