In addition to the presentation of the 2012 Woman of the Year, the program will feature a talk by Juana Bordas, president of Mestiza Leadership International and author of the acclaimed leadership book Salsa, Soul and Spirit. Bordas' talk, Women: Leading in a Multicultural Age, will explore a new approach to leadership for women, one that draws on community and the power of "we" to promote a different future reflecting new and changing values.
